Unusually for a Highland Park release, this 2019 Spring release draws on three different cask types to deliver its intriguing flavour profile. This was the concept of Master Whisky Maker Gordon Motion, who concluded that the distinct traits of bourbon, sherry and refill casks would combine well to create a truly unique and complex malt. He was not wrong.
