The Macallan’s fifteen-year-old double-cask, is aged in European and American Oak casks, both seasoned with Oloroso sherry. Expect fruit and toffee and vanilla in the nose, and strong dried fruit in the palate. The finish is warm, with ginger and citrus lingering.
